Well, it is officially that time of the week when we worry about hand size! Welcome to the NFL Combine week!
This week gets me so excited because its just another step to being back to football. Although it is only February, and the draft — let alone the new season — seems like a light year away, it is fun to follow along with these things and pretend to play GM.
This week is a chance for all the players to show their worth and value as they do ridiculous drills such as shuttle runs and have to sit down in interviews. I will really be watching the wide receiver group.
This wide receiver class is believed to be one of the best in years and some are predicting that 25 receivers could be drafted in first four rounds. With names like; Lamb, Jeudy, Ruggs, Shenault, Jefferson (x2), Reagor, Aiyuk, Hamler, and Higgins, who knows what will happen.
Along with the wide receivers of course — along with everyone — I’m excited to watch the quarterback group. With burrow being the undoubtable number 1, I am excited to watch everyone else.
How will Tua look after the gruesome injury? Will Love and Eason solidify themselves as a first round pick? Will Fromm continue to drop his stock or actually raise it? Will people finally stop asking Jalen Hurts to switch positions? (He shouldn’t even consider btw).
These are the things I am most excited for this combine season. Everyone buckle up and get excited to see who raises and who drops. Happy Combine season.
